I decided to change the Morgan Plus 8 for something a tad more civilised. Decided to look a a Morgan Plus 4 2.0 litre and 5 speed 'box. I assumed both were Ford units…but…
Turns out the engine is a 2.0 Duratac made in conjunction with Mazda and essentially the same unit as fitted to my NC1 2.0 Sport. And the gearbox if the Mazda 5 speed as fitted to the 1.8 NC.
