And so 2018 draws to an end. A year that brought us happiness and some sadness too. Whatever shared experiences we had were because of our love of the MX5. That car was always on the driveway willing and able to whisk us away on our adventures to places far and wide. We would fill the car with petrol, the car would fill us with fun and excitement and perhaps even more importantly it gave us treasured memories.
But how best to capture some of those special memories and share them with you all? That is a question I hope to answer very shortly.Image, text and sound are swirling about me as I reach out with my hand and try and make sense of the trio of data. It feels like I’m on a launchpad with a Rocket full of precious memories all ready to ignite, lift off and share.

As we sit and wait for the new year to come in my thoughts are with the friends we have lost over the past years and their families.
From a very cold Russia today it’s minus 14c just having good Arminian Brandy which was a present you know some of us are getting no younger but our 5’s give you a lift in life even when we do the necessary repairs to the 5’s on the drive, the runs and social plus holidays are something else.We are off to the village in 5 days never mind minus 14c which is Moscow city temperature can put a minus 10c on the Moscow temperature will be back in the UK around the 5th of Feb if Aeroflot do their best and rail track and Virgin live up to their part the latter two l have some doubts about the train coming down was late and packed people standing like a cattle wagon but this is life now.
