Where’s the best place to attach? Seems like using one of the number plate screws will do it?

Not sure that that would be a substantial enough, the Jass performace offering utilises the OEM towing eye.

It doesn’t have to be substantial. Its just a beam breaker. You can tape on white cardboard. I just used some plastic from a box I had kicking about.

On a Mk1/2, you have a number of handy holes accessed through the mouth.
