Tiny rip in rubber seal

Hi

I noticed last night that there is a tiny hole / tear / rip in the rubber above the passenger door.

Can this be repaired or am I in trouble?

I am pretty certain that the glue that is used to repair neoprene diving/watersports suits could be used here.
