Tombstone centre console modification

  1. My model of MX-5 is: NA eunos
  2. I’m based near: Luton
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: modifying the centre console or commonly called tombstone.

I was at one of the National meets in June 2024back and saw a modification that I particularly liked.

Was wondering how to go about doing the same but with different instruments? Fitting the instruments I could do, but what did the plastic work involve?

Picture below

The car the picture came from was a Red Mk1 or NA with induction trumpets and a Jenevey sticker under the bonnet.

Any help would be most useful.

Thanks

You mean this?

Thanks for the quick response.

Looks like it might be what I am after

Will have to do some translations though.

Thanks again.

There’s already another thread on the subjectZoom radio console mx5oc forum

Go to https://translate.google.com/ click on website then copy in the web address.

If you are using Chrome you can enable auto-translate, it’s quite useful :+1:

There was a guy in Northern Ireland knocking out copies. He reckoned the originals didn’t fit well. I’ve not heard from him for many years.
