torque wrench, anyone got any recommendations for a decent CHEAP one ?

need to check my nuts are tight enough, as spend a lot of time swapping wheels…  but not looking to spend a lot!  There seem to be a few around about the £20.00 mark but are they any good ?  Any one got any recommendations please ?

I was quite surprised as Halfords only seem to do expensive ones.!

It’s difficult to find decent/quality and cheap in most things. I would go for the best quality in your comfort zone. You want accuracy and durability. Cheap can turn out expensive if you have to buy twice.IMHO.

I have a clarke one from machine mart very good and checked it against a pro certified one it was spot on cost under £20

My Clarke has been very good

My cheap 1/2" Screwfix wrench does things too tight releaive to my 3/8 Teng with a fresh calibration certificate.  Fine for wheel nuts etc. but I wouldn’t trust the cheap one with anything that might shear off.
