Did anyone take advantage of the ‘special offer’ on the Total MX-5 stall at the Spring Rally?
If you did, check what you have been charged. I have been charged the normal subscription of £16 and not the offer price of £12.
I have contacted them via. facebook/messenger and got this response:-
“Hi Dave. Not sure what happened there, but I suspect that an automated system has taken hold of things and messed them up! I will pass on your note to Debi Stuart in the subscriptions department and get her to sort this out for you. It may be that she will also require your address and if she does I will be back in touch. Apologies for the confusion. Regards, Brett”
If this has happened to me it has probably also happened to others.
Hopefully they will be back in touch soon to sort it out!
