Full details are now in the Events section above for this show. Please provide full details by email to me direct if you wish to join us, as well as payment of £3.50 as detailed above. Arrangements will be sent out nearer the time for meeting point, times etc.
This application has now been finalised and sent off for the club stand. Members can still apply individually as a personal entry to the show promoters, but will not be guaranteed a place on our stand.
As suggested at our last meeting, we will meet up at 9.30am in the Monkey Forest Car Park ST12 9HR, which is next to Trentham Gardens on the A34. We will then hand out the passes and make our way to the show. Once there we will erect the Club Shelter, bunting etc. Don’t forget to bring your tables chairs and picnics.
If you have not registered to be on the stand, you are still able to attend the show as a visitor and we look forward to seeing you there 
Thankyou to everyone who joined in and made this a great day out. Especially to all those that helped with erecting the shelter and helping packing everything away at the end.
