    Iv’e looked everywhere and contacted all suggested places but no joy…

Hiya, is that 59mm external or internal? Loads of aftermarket wheel centre caps out there. Not sure of your design, that’s if you actually have any as a guide but I’ve previously bought plain ones and put badges into the cap. I’ve even had some resin badges made up although not for wheel centres. Resin3doming on eBay, great seller and very inexpensive!
