Tubular exhaust manifold, systems, EGR delete and anti corrosion

Dear all,
New to this forum.
I’m fully aware of tuning techniques (making an engine breath etc).
Im sure this subject isnt new and questions asked and replied to numerous times previously.
All 2.0 MK3 NC 2005 - 2015:

  1. Who, if anyone, is using the Goodwin max power 1.8" tubular exhaust manifold (no cat) and systems? .
  2. Lamda sensors, how many and where?
  3. EGR delete?
Im fully aware that some will say it wont pass the MOT, to that, DVLA rules state, if it passes emissions and if the tester is in doubt, they must pass the vehicle.
My decat, EGR deleted, stainless system Td5 Defender sails through eveytime and I make sure the tester is made aware evey year!
  4. With my experienes and what feels like a lifelong fight with the tin worm and rust rats on a Defender, if you need to purchase treatments and finishes for your MX5, then I would recommend Buzzweld, if you arent using it already.
Im sure the club/group could get deals/discounts because of its size, if Craig is spoken to.
    Happy New Year
I look forward to your replies.
    Thank you

Sorry mate, is this a statement or a question or a request. I don’t follow…?

ckleanth,
I thought the questions marks made them questions, that’s why they are used!!!
But,
1, 2 and 3 are questions.
I’m also stating that I know about air flow and getting rid of burnt gas when seeking more power, tuning etc.
For those that would state it’s an MOT failure or would be, I’m giving an example of how a vehicle that shouldnt pass, does, everytime!.
4, is a place to go and a product to use if someones about to tackle or thinking about tackling the tin worm and rust rat.
Thank you.

Feedbacks a gift.
Amended.
Thank you
Youre using the I L Motorsport decat manifold.
Re-mapped?
Results please?
What diameter pipe is used?
They dont state it.
This is why I asked, the price differences are eye watering to say the least!
Once again thank you.
