Turn Up and Drive at Blyton?

Hi Folks

Advance tickets for Blyton have now closed online,  welcome emails dispatched earlier this evening to all who have registered.

There are still a few places still available in all sessions across the weekend and if you want come along to have a go on track this will be possible. However MX-5 only and you will still need to have gone though the sign up and briefing.

Before you arrive  please Download the driver information and Indemnity Waiver, anybody participating in track driving and/or passengers will be required to fill in the details and sign one, it will save a huge amount of time at signing on if you bring one of these with you already completed.

Hi Pete, you should have received it yesterday from Iain Fleming, if you still have not received anything, please e-mail me on peter.mcnicol@mx5oc.co.uk and I will return it with a draft copy and form.

Hello anyone who has not received their confirmation email.

Both Iain Fleming and Pete McNicol are now probably en-route to Blyton so it will be difficult for them to respond quickly (and from memory mobile reception isn’t that good on site anyway).

The contents of the confirmation email has been pretty much reiterated within the Blyton topics on the Motorsport forum, I think with the exception of the link to get the Drivers Indemnity.

If you would like me to copy’n’paste my own confirmation email in full directly into here then please ask.

However, that bit of the email (if this works) is here:

Please Download the driver information and Indemnity Waiver, anybody participating in track driving and/or passengers will be required to fill in the details and sign one, it will save a huge amount of time at signing on if you bring one of these with you already completed.

If you haven’t had the confirmation email but are content that you have booked your place/s and have checked that your payment for the event has left your bank account, credit card, paypal etc then please definitely come anyway. Additionally, if you are able to print your original confirmation email from when you booked which looks a bit like the following then it will serve as something to wave when you arrive if the technology has truly bust:-

Guys,

Don’t stress about this. If you have paid money you will be on someone’s list. That is all you need. There will be spare indemnities at Blyton, there will even be pens to fill them in with.

If by some quirk of fate, you happen to have been with RBS and the payment never went through, we can sort it on the day. Even if the part you wanted has suddenly sold out, we will fit you in somewhere.
