Is there news from Guinness that the record has been accepted? I have looked in the forum for information but couldn’t see an update.

There is some commentary on both these points from about 10 days ago by IainF and Martin explaining the delay. It’s on the thread headed ‘Spring rally and world record attempt’ in the spring rally 2019 Elvington folder. Not sure if the position has changed since then though.
