Make sure you are selecting a sub category, not the top level one, that’s usually the reason.
Also some areas are read only, normally says in the description.
Thanks Ian, I was going to ask for advise or recommendations for travel insurance, I thought in the general discussion forum would be appropriate but i am unable to create a new post.
You will need to select a sub category, ‘I Need Help!’ seems the most likely choice.
