I still can’t seem to ad pics to my for sale ad

If you have found the ‘upload’ icon (the one with the mountain and the sun on it) clicked it and chosen a picture from you computer, you need to be patient before clicking the ‘reply’ button. It takes a little time for the picture to materialise.
As said, it’s the icon highlighted in green that you’re looking for 
And make sure you’re creating a thread in this area, for your sale:

I’ve sorted it now. The upload button is right on the edge of my phone screen
