under car rust

I am thinking of giving my car a underseal soon (I know it’s a hard job so will find some expert to do)
I am not familiar with MOT rust issues, or I could say I don’t know very much about how much rust under the car is acceptable

here are some piccies of my car, is there anything that I will need to aware of?
The photos actually shows rustier than it actually it, probably because of the flash
some advice please? its a 91 mk1 1.6. Bodywork itself is very good no rust at all

If I am going to let some specialist do the undersealing job, am I supposed to rub/file/brush off the rust before letting them clean the car?
Or is it usually included in price?

I don’t know, best to ask the people who are going to do the undersealing. But if you do do it yourself you’ll know it’s been done to your standard.
