Under sealing with WAXOL pricing

Must admit, I thought that £350 to £400 would get a reasonable treatment done.

As for Waxoyl, I’ve used it on almost all of the older cars that meant something to me…, over a period of 40+ years, since it was a product of a company called Finnegans, that also made Hammerite.

I’ve always done my own Waxoyling. Waxoyl will wash away gradually from areas exposed to high intensity rainwater. Mostly that means inside the wheelarches. My practice has been to inspect round about underneath around this time of year, before autumn really gets going…, and refresh with Waxoyl the areas looking a bit bare.

Waxoyl is generally cheaper than some of the other stuff around…, £1000 seems a helluva lot.
