Under seat Subwoofer - wiring help

I’m considering installing an under seat subwoofer in my NC. Has anyone got any experience of these and, how do you secure it beneath the seats? Surely you can’t screw it into the floor pan, but I also don’t want it moving or vibrating.
Thank you.

I had a JBL in my last car, it was secured with strong Velcro… never had an issue with it moving around the back of the car

I have got one fitted in my nc very very happy with it. I fitted a Kenwood double din wireless apple car play unit and matched it to the sub and it works a treat. It’s not under the seat but vertical on the back wall behind the passenger seat. I am that chuffed with it I have got another and it’s going in my daily Citroen berlingo it does everything you need it to I really recommend them.

I intending on installing it under the passenger seat, so maybe there’s a business opportunity

Excellent  oooh errrr

So, my new under seat subwoofer arrived today, but…it’s too big to fit under the seat. Great!
I’m now going to install it in the boot. Wiring is fairly simple, except for the fused live. The instructions specify a permenant live connected directly to the battery, but that would envolve running through the cabin and then through the firewall, which is not something I’d relish.
Question, can I use a switched live and, can I piggyback off a fuse in the internal fuse box, in the passenger footwell? Also, if that’s possible, which would be the best fuse to use?
Thank you in anticipation. :+1:

Have you got a picture… Couldnt you just use the not so secret cigarette lighter in the passenger footwell.

Im looking for ways to boost my music system.

This is what I have, i think we’re both trying to solve the same problem from different angles…

Sorry wrong underseat woofer :flushed:

I just need a way to connect my cars speakers to the headphone jack of my mini amp.
You see for all my life ive had to get the smallest kit so it would work on a bike, now i have all these speakers and no idea how to connect it all together.
:joy:

I can just bluetooth the walkman… But… The music loses something, the mini amp really puts that back with some decent headphones, but I cant drive around with them on.
I know the amp solves the rather watery sound I get from my bluetooth connection…
Question is how do i connect it, or how does your sub woofer sound…

Help for both Holly and I, appreciated. :+1::blush:
