I almost convinced myself to buy one of these at the weekend.
Until I read some amazon reviews.
The positive reviews would have me believe that it’s a worthy addition, however a few negaitive reviews say the opposite.
Especially one which said that it doesn’t fit under the seat of a MK3 MX5.

Yeah, they don’t fit, even with the seat set to its highest setting.
I ended up putting it under the shelf under the hood. It does the job especially with the extra speakers replacing the behind seat storage boxes. With the car fully sound deaded throughout, I get a good sound without the booming the younger generation like.
I’ve just got myself a Vibe Blackair B8-V6 which fits nicely in the boot and leaves plenty of room. I previously had an old 12 inch subwoofer fitted and had to remove my spare wheel to get it in. The B8-V6 is just seems to be just as powerful and sounds better.
I actually have one of these which was left when my daughter changed cars and then moved out.
But I don’t really want to give up the boot for it.
Well I found a nice clean route through the bulkhead, it would be pretty simple via the bonnet release cable grommet.
But the Edge sub woofer doesn’t physically fit in the boot.
Now looking for Plan C.
It does fit under the seat cos I have the same one

It looks like the rear of your seat in on stilts.
Maybe this is why it fits under yours.
Yes I have raised both seats cos I’m short and can’t see over the steering wheel if I don’t
I often feel that I could with mine lowering.
