Just to keep you in the picture the invoice from Clanfield Observatory has arrived, payment will be made today, when we receive the receipt I will post on forum thread.

As prommised here is the receipt from Lindy of the Clanfield Observatory for £240. again thank you all for coming, and should there be any more members who wish to join us all there are still 6 spaces that can be filled, payment of £10 pp would be required by end of this week.

Patricia and I are extremely sorry to inform those members that are expecting us to lead this event, however due to constant interference by 2 members on another event, we have no option but to withdraw our involvement on arranging events, and have asked Mal Rowland to take up the arrangements.
Sad for us to say goodbye to you all but we have had enough.
