Car was purchase with 105,960 Km - representing a total of 19,249 miles over my 15 years of ownership, been enjoyed fair weather use only, rarely seen rain.
Undersealed and waxoyled at purchase from MX5 City.
Thatcham Cat 2 alarm, CD radio (never used) and two keys with Krooklok.
All electrics and mechanicals work well.
Good documented service history - notable work includes new vinyl hood (2015), cambelt and water pump (2016 at 126,121km), fitted with standard suspension in 2017 (original Bilsteins included with sale)
Rear wheel arches in great condition as per photos below (very minor Mot patch required for 2022 MOT)
The car comes with the original (Japanese) manuals and import documents

Bad points
Some sun related fading to upper facing body panels, in line with vehicle age and would be benefit from some paint restoration work.
Overall, car is in good condition with minor age related issue as would be expected on an original car.
