Finally after goodness-knows-how-many-decades since halogen headlamps came in, Osram have started making HALOGEN sidelight bulbs.

They’re good - same colour as the headlamps, and a little bit brighter. Don’t worry about the “cool blue” tint - this never has any visible effect unless the glass is so blue as to cut out virtually all the light.
