Upper door panel screw loose

Hello! I’m looking for a bit of advice regarding my passenger door panel. I’ve noticed while driving that there’s a loud squeak emitting from the passenger side. Upon inspection, the upper part of the leather door panel seems to be a bit loose. I’ve had a feel and noticed that I can slide my hand under a specific part of the upper panel. I’ve attached a photo of the area and it looks like a screw has come loose? Any recommendations? First time poster! Thanks for any help.

Take it off , glue the broken plastic piece and re screw down, its common, and i am sure you will find more, its age, these are not new cars, it happens to us all in the end , or apply gaffer tape to the back to hold the door trim cap to the door card, and its not leather .
