Can anybody help me with this?
I have read somewhere that the V spec model was made in dark green with tan leather seats, tan trim, tan roof, wooden wheel and gear knob, chrome wing mirrors and the polished aluminium wheels shown below.
Is this correct? Because I have seen a number of different cars described as V spec, but they don’t have those wheels or even chrome mirrors.
My old V-Spec (1992) had standard daisy wheels & a black hood + standard mirrors (the hood could have originally been a tan one i guess). I would say there were differences depending on year of manufacture maybe?

Thats a V-Special II; V-Spec with extras. V-specials were initially sold in BRG only, then later on, black, and even white.
mines a v spec- its got original tan hood and daisies. When i bought it a year ago it had nasty pitted flat backed chome mirrors which i changed for brg ones. Mine still has the original v special brown mats.
