Has anyone else had this problem …

Sat Nav working fine complete with voice guidance.

Radio display shows “no data” all preset chanels show digits no channels no sound 

CD shows “no data” no play no sound

ipod connected via USB and screen shows that tune is progressing but no sound.

This all happened yesterday after working fine until then

Any help or ideas would be gratefully received

Yep had the same problem with my 25th anniversary edition

Took it to the dealers (under guarantee) who did a reset

All now ok

You can do the rest yourself it’s in the avn2 handbook

If you can get to the menu OK, do a factory reset. You lose your radio station presets but fixed the issue for me

Thank you very much, I found the reset button and now everything is back to normal.
