I assume you mean a variable speed one, as fitted to the RX8?
No need to pay silly money for one - if you don’t need the indicator stalk that comes with this one, then sell it on and your new wiper stalk becomes even cheaper

I fitted one to my 3.5 when I owned one, but be aware, the rear wiper position doesn’t work

You could buy aftermarket ones new on eBay for £12 a month or two ago. Got one one on, works fine.

Don’t just look for an MX5/RX8 stalk. Do a search for a Mazda 6 Saloon wiper stalk. Same thing. NOT a hatchback unit with the rear wiper function, though.

Try emailing rx8 breakers,I got one very cheap,don’t tell them it’s for an mx5
Same one that I bought - works perfectly.
No need to buy second-hand.

Doesn’t the OP want a variable intermittent wipe one? That’s a fixed speed intermittent wipe.

I bought one of these. Works perfectly.
Bit late now, but I’ve got a genuine Mazda one, and the lighting stalk with the foglight possition.
