That beep sequence sounds like one you get if you leave the ignition on, take the key out of the car and shut the door.
This is from an Owner’s Manual, there a few pages describing the various beeps.
I’d guess that the car is sometimes not detecting the key once the ignition is on. I’d start by checking the C connectors behind the dash.
