Fantastic run yesterday with the south Wales crew on seemingly the first day of sun lasting all day, thanks all for making me feel welcome.
Maybe I’m more delicate than everyone else but today I could be mistaken for lobster man! (the lamest of the superheroes)
So protect yourself before you wreck yourself and remember to lotion up before a run in the sun… Maybe get some stickers printed for everyone’s bumpers
