Website renewal issue

I tried to renew last week and got a wesite error. Tried this week and got the same error:

“The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to mx5oc.co.uk.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”

I have accepted cookies from mx5oc.co.uk before, so I know this isn’t the issue.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Ian, yes - this is a membership renewal, as per post title.

You could extrapolate that a website renewal error posted in the website technical problems area could be something else, hence the question.

The response is the same, to contact membership, since that is a specific system linked from the website.
