At the weekend club members JohnS in Amersham and myself in Rickmansworth made a spontaneous decisison to see if there is any interest among members in the North Thames, Oxford and Milton Keynes groups in attending a lunch at The Cricketers in Sarrat Herts at 12:30 on Wednesday 6th November.
If so please register your interest below by midnight Sunday 3rd.
Provisionally I have booked 16 places if we get more interest than that it should be possible to accomodate you.

Thanks to everyone for coming, had a great time discussing all sorts from adventures in the alps, to driving in Cyprus and Africa, convoys of tourist coaches in the middle east and that was just on my side of the table.
I hope Nick will post a photo at some point.

Food was good too.
I took a scenic “direct” route to get there as a local drive avoiding M25, but for the return cut out one horrible narrow section (Loudwater Lane, Sarrat Lane).
Solesbridge Lane is significantly wider, and although still narrow in places, using all of it required only one short bit of M25.
