MMX-5 OWNERS CLUB - 2010 NATIONAL RALLY
CHATSWORTH HOUSE
Welcome to the MX-5 Owners Club 2010 National Rally.
We hope that you will have a fantastic time at this year’s
National Rally and to help make your stay more enjoyable, please find below
some important details.
Saturday
AM drive
Meeting point: Carlton Lees Garden Centre car park, situated very close to
Chatsworth House (Sat Nav post code DE4 2NX)
Meeting time: 9.00AM
Please ensure to have a full tank of fuel on arrival.
Because we are expecting a lot of confirmed cars - to enable the
team to coordinate the numbers we plan to have groups of 10 cars leave at one time.
Please help us by arranging this event by
arriving on time.
This drive will have a tea/coffee and cake stop - we have
arranged to have this snack ready
The run organizers will collect £3.50 per
person at the start of the drive, if you would like these refreshments.
Saturday
pm drive
Meeting point: Carlton Lees Garden Centre car park, situated very close to
Chatsworth House (Sat Nav post code DE4 2NX)
Meeting time: 12.30PM
Please ensure to have a full tank of fuel on arrival.
With confirmed numbers, the plan is to leave in groups of 10,
please help us by being on time.
This drive will have a lunch stop and we have arranged to
have a selection of sandwiches, cakes and drinks ready for arrival.
The Run organisers
will collect £5.75 per person at the start of the drive if you would like these refreshments.
Saturday
Evening Entertainment
The Pre-booked bus service will depart from the Park Hotel at
5pm and 5.30pm, calling at
the Barlow campsite shortly after this.
The Pie and Pea supper
will be served at the table from 7pm and the band will commence at 9pm, continuing until 11.30pm.
Buses will return to the Park Hotel and Barlow site.
Sunday
National Rally
The National Rally will commence at 9am, please keep moving
forwards in any queue, to try to prevent any congestion on the Chatsworth driveway.
Please have your membership card(s) ready on arrival,
Gate staff will check for them on entry.
If you are unable to show your membership card or are a
non-member there will be a parking charge of £2.
Members
will receive one Goody Bag per car, containing a gift, show guide and
plaque along with a complimentary copy of Derbyshire Life
If you have ordered a Picnic these will be available at 12pm
from the club tent.
If you have pre booked the Artist,
please call into the club tent for your allocated slot
Don’t forget your membership card when you go
shopping in Chatsworth House, we have negotiated various discounts.
