Ok, probably a completely pointless thread but never-the-less, whilst messing about in Photoshop adding stripes to a few cars for other forum users I got to thinking what other colours might suit a 5 which they haven’t been produced in.
So here’s a few, not sure why I ended up on the green end of the spectrum (maybe from thinking of the bright green Mazda use on new cars now, which you can get the mk3.5 black in) but here’s a few thoughts - let me know any others you’d like to see

Teal (far right) and Miura orange work well.

I’d like Mazda to use a red that doesn’t turn pink.
Also that heat sensitive paint - that would be cool.

I’ve got a car at the monent that i’m thinking of wrapping, it’ll either be lime green with satin black detailing, or a hot pink with the satin detailing…lol…

If you get hit by VX, just peel off. Limited range of colours though.
I was at DSEI today, and they had a digi-cam Vespa there, which looked pretty cool.
Spotted a beautiful MK1 at Croft Circuit last Sunday It had been resprayed a mica beige colour from the Audi range. I suspect the owner was a Terry Wogan fan
MX5 in Talbot cherry red.
In Orange like my Focus ST - always easy to find in car parks when I have to use them!
