Well today (Thursday) consisted of …
Up at 5am , off to work (domiciliary care worker)
Finished at 4pm.
Head home , quick wash, change of clothing then off shopping.
Return home , ask my better half to leave me to sort the shopping into freezer , fridge cupboard etc… as I’m very OCD about date orientation etc etc.
Oh at the point of placing shopping in it’s correct place I’ve got a bottle of McEwans Champion ale in my spare hand 
So all in all not too bad of a day.
Oh the negative…using my better halfs pride and joy daily for work 
…

At 73, I’m just glad to wake up. Then it’s a 4 rasher bacon in a crispy roll (with a tad Heinz brown) roll (air fried…no added fat), and a cafetieri of breafast Columbian. Then, some times back to bed for an hour if I canny be arriss-ed. Usually with two cats on top.

Breakfast, removed old cable from outside wall later found out it it was internet cable/telephone cable…oh pooh car out of garage need to get 20mtrs cable back from shop with new cable and fittings cup of tea got ladders out of garage… started reroute cable from man cave hub in attick to BT connection at base of house another cup of tea now time is 18.30 dinner then back out to finish the job put ladders away and car time now 21.00 back in side house connected wiring test Sky hub all set job done 22.45 bath fell into bed cannot sleep posted this up 01.32 but have internet brill … 
just for reference cable is routed next to TV aerial into man cave top window down the wall under the gravel to junction bt box behind yellow flowers into the house hence 20mtrs cable the flowers are just a reference this is last years photo …

Got up.
Had shower and breakfast.
Got dressed.
For the umpteen time this month logged onto The Fishy (Grimsby Town FC) and their Football League Prediction Calculator.
Went through all the permutations and fretted over our talismanic captain being out for the last two games.
Bit finger nails down to the quick.
Saw it was dark outside.
Went to bed.
Slept fitfully.
