I have an NC from 2010 and want to replace a scuffed up bit of trim, but I can’t find anywhere what it’s called or where I can get one from.
Also there is a little button with a green light I haven’t seen in other NC interiors and I can’t see a reference in the manual (see bottom photo), what is that for?
I’d say that light is related to an aftermarket alarm/immobiliser.
Before replacement, try a trick that has worked for me, well enough to keep lease-company/BVRLA from charging costs at car-return.
Clean plastic thoroughly with detergent (nothing special!), agitating using gentle abrasive scourer - the white version rather than the green version - aiming to remove any raised/rough spots around the scratches. Get a hot air gun (paint-strip gun for me 
) and carefully apply heat, don’t linger too long in one place! Test/adjust heat level to get best results for you. It also brings colour back to faded plastics, possibly by bringing pigments/oils back to the surface.
Worth a shot before spending cash and stripping trim???
