What tool?

I want to remove the front wishbones on my NA in order to replace some very aged rubber bushes. To do that I need to remove the alignment bolts, but there isn’t enough room to get a socket and breaker bar on them. A ring spanner is about the best I get in there, but there’s no way something that small will release a tight nut.

What tool have other members used, or what do garages use to do wheel alignments?

I have removed mine and undone them on numerous occasions for alignment. I don,t have any special tools outside of a normal socket set and spanners. Sitting hear on the couch in front of the tele I,m wracking my brain trying to think how it’s done. I seem to remember putting a socket on it and then sliding in the longest extension bar and the connecting the ratchet on the end of that. I would go outside and double check for you but it’s blowing a hooley and the garage floor looks very uninviting at the moment.
