I was wrong so I wont comment Embarassed Zip It!

Alan.

I’ve just been told 110nm by a Mazda dealer. Apparently it’s standard across all models.

Why don’t I believe them?

95 - 112nm it is a range for mazda there is no specific figure.

I give up, why don’t you believe them?

Unfortunately it’s because I trust the knowledge of the people on here rather than Mazda dealers.
Having said that, I used the upper end of the torque range, 110nm. Wheels are still on the car, so I guess it’s all good!

I have a £20 Torque wrench specifically used to tighten wheel nuts in it’s box with a 17mm, 19mm and 21mm socket set to 110 NM. I use it for all my cars and most cars that I look at and that appears to cover most cars.

Any cars that I have not done before I check but that appears to be a reasonable cover all, but as I say, I always check the specific setting for a car if I have not seen the car before.

mine are torqued up to 110Nm and I’ve had no issues.
