Where to find Eunos valve cover sticker

  1. My model of MX-5 is: NA
  2. I’m based near: Essex
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on:

Hi all,

I recently bought a new valve cover from a breakers in order paint it. The new cover I purchased has a knackered sticker on it and I’d like to buy a new one. I don’t speak Japanese, but I believe it’s the indicator for when the timing belt was last serviced.

I’ve attached a picture of said knackered sticker.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

George

Try Mazda. Some dealers are able to order off the global EPC, based on your VIN.

The part number for the sticker is KLY1-12-209

Googling suggests potential sources, not too much money

I had not heard of “pinklilypad” before but they appear to have some genuinely useful parts for Eunos Roadsters.

With the part number, any UK Mazda dealer can order it assuming it’s available.

You could also get a new one made for surprisingly little money.
I got a new Miyako sticker made for very little, considering the work involved.
Try searching Miyako on here

Pinklilypad also lists a replica sticker. But its a aluminuium sticker, not paper, plus it need to stick to a hot camcover.

Yep, it says “replace the timing belt every 100,000km” with a space to write the kms when it was last done.

Thanks all! Much appreciated!
