Where to go for NA tuning? suggestions please

I pondered for months about how to improve my car and finally in March booked in with Blink motorsport for their stage 1 cylinder head package (head work, cams, ECU & tune) but due to them having to close down I am in need of recommendations.
I’m not into forced induction, so I’m set on maximising the NA potential.
I am searching for a tuner who can do a similar job on my MK1, ideally within 2 hours of Stoke on Trent.
At a push, I would learn how to remove the head myself, and post it off to someone who knows what they’re doing, then refit it, along with a new ME221 ECU, then take it to a local rolling road.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am aware of Paul Roddison; I think I got my brake pads from him a couple of years ago.
