Where to store CDs in our NC?

In my previous ‘normal’ cars with CD players, I prefer to store CDs in a clip on visor case. But the NC visor is just too small. Has anyone found a good solution?

The main requirement is I need to get to them easily. So storing them in the glove box or between seats storage area isn’t a good solution.

Imho, its best to forget the cd player and use a cheap gizmo to recive Bluetooth from your phone and send it to your head unit via the auxiliary socket
Better quality too.

Thanks. I could also go straight from my phone to the entertainment system aux on the dashboard.

But the issue I have with phones, Bluetoothed or wired, is having to first interact with the phone, thus remembering which pocket it’s in as well as several taps to access app/start music. Obviously it’s a really lazy attitude on my part, but I do like how the CD is just there on the turn of the ignition.

Maybe there’s a music app that can automatically play your playlist once it syncs with the Bluetooth device?

Amazon, Spotify and Deezer can blue tooth music from phone to head unit. You just need the Bluetooth gizmo to do it, most can be had for little money and can be powered from the 12v socket.
Amazon is a subscription, the other two can be had for free although you’ll need a data contract on your phone to play them.

If you have a desktop or laptop, you could always transcribe them to a USB stick. The built-in Microsoft media player app does this quite well.

The advantage of the gizmo is that it will also act as a hands-free telephone system and using the phone means you can use it as a satnav as well. I have a mount that attaches solidly to the dashboard via gel and suction and the phone mounts to it magnetically via a very thin steel, self-adhesive plate on the back of the phone.
Muzio will carry on from where you left off if you leave the app open but paused. If you close the app, it will carry on with the same music but it’s not quite as simple as just clicking on play. You can also download the album cover for it to display on your phone along with the music.
The gizmo plugs into the power socket to mount it and supply power. There is a socket and lead to connect to auxilliary, plus a socket to supply power to the phone

Is this the “gizmo” or a sat nav thingy? Only had the car a week or so and never asked the salesman.

It’s for suckering (new word) your satnav or phone holder to.
