Morereasons to go Topless Run" Sunday 24 May 2015
Pete & Wioletta conjure up “Morereasons to go Topless” and invite you to join them for their very first Yorkshire Ridings Run as the Organisers and Run Leaders.
Details for this event are as follows:
1. Meeting at 10:00 for a 10:30 am set off
2. Start Location: Map Link: Knottingley Morrisons Post Code: WF11 8ER.
- Format of the day: Meet and greet including the provision Tulip Maps, radios and a Safety Briefing. Off we go on a route that takes us through Selby and Cawood before arriving at Allerthorpe Country Park Pocklington for a comfort stop. Then it’s via Malton to Helmsley and The Cleveland Hills in the North Yorkshire Moors before stopping for lunch at The White Horse in Rosedale.
Lunch must be pre-ordered from the attached menu. Please email your choices to James (Assistant Area Coordinator), as Pete will be on holiday prior to the run.
I need to place our order with the White Horse at 5pm, so please could I receive all orders by 4pm on Wednesday 20th May
The pub can only cater for a maximum of 50 people so its first come first served. If the maximum is reached there are alternative places to eat or maybe a picnic would be suitable.
After lunch we head over the Chimneys to Hutton-le-Hole then past Nunnington Hall before making our way to the Burger King at Clifton Moor, York for our goodbyes.
At a distance of 147 miles / 237 km we suggest you have a full tank of fuel at the start of the run.
