Can you tell me where you got the surrounds?Ā

I got the surrounds for my ND Recaro. I think mine were about Ā£15 too. They are made for the VW Scirocco which also looks a little unfinished with the twin exhausts. Made for the Scirocco but fit the ND perfectly. They just slide on with a spring to hold them. Come in chrome or black chrome and because of the rolled end pieces make a lovely exhaust note which I was not expecting. Best addition for little money or effort. Ps I also fitted the grille to mine also.

They really look good!  Did you get them from a VW dealer or from an on-line store, if so which one?  I think black ones would suit the 30AE when it comes.

Iā€™ve just taken delivery of my ND Sport Nav + 1.5 this afternoon. The exhaust pipes are stainless steel (as is the box) pipe diam is 6.0cm, the gap between the two pipes is 1.2cm. With a 6.8cm diam, this will produce a 4mm gap between the two shrouds which seems a bit small to me.

Still looking for say a 64mm shroud, in the meantime could we have an end on picture to see the gap between the parts
