Hello everyone. 
Ian & Carol-Ann invite you to join us on our inaugural run for the NEM MX5OC.
We will begin the drive from The Chocks Away café at Nottingham City Airport, Tollerton meeting from 8.30am (café opens) for a 10am departure. We will then take you on a 32 mile drive to a coffee & cake pit-stop. Fully refreshed we will then head back out onto the open roads for another 36 miles to complete the run at The Fox Inn, Kelham, near Newark, aiming to arrive around 1.30-2pm to enjoy a well earned Sunday dinner (other meals available?).
We understand that 
a deposit will be required by the pub in advance for meals which will need to be pre-ordered prior to the day - further details to follow. Please tell us if you might be interested in having a meal at The Fox Inn so that we can inform them of how many guests they need to accommodate and we can arrange collecting a deposit from you in due course.

Update 24/6/22 - We have been asked by The Fox Inn to provide a deposit of £5 per person in advance. Ideally we’d like to have all deposits collected in so we can pay the pub no later than Sunday 7th August. We’re happy to collect this from you either in cash if/when we see you at The Coopers Arms on 30/6 & 28/7 or, if you want to pay this via bank transfer please send Ian a text (07814956951) and Ian will provide account details for you to transfer your deposit into.
We’ve attached an indicative Sunday Lunch menu for you to look at. The pub will know more about specials of the day closer to the date. We’ll provide more details as soon as they are available. We can make our selections closer to the day (but if you know what you’d like now then please do let us know).
