After just having taken my MX5 around the Nurburgring (Nordschleife) test track for a few laps whilst on a touring holidauy in the Mosel Valley, I think I’ll give this one a miss. Thanks for the offer though, keep em coming.

Not to worry Paul there will be other track days. You could always just pop over and meet the guys, that would be a good run
Won’t be able to partake in track events (Commander needs to sign off on paperwork before I can), but will probably come out and watch. I’ll get an idea what to expect at future events.

Looks like we were a bit late to this one having only picked up a Mk1 at the weekend, but we are on the Javelin reserves list so you never know 
Right guys what time and where are we going to meet?? Looks like I will be heading down to Bungay and on to Halesworth. Does anyone want to meet on the outskirts of Norwich or on’route?

Looks like the weather will be good for the weekend, why not come down anyway and have a few passenger rides with the club members. You never know somebody may not turn up.
We might just do that, will we able to get past the gatehouse with no paperwork?

I will be going via Beccles to the A12, what road will you meet the A12 via Halesworth, B1123 or probally A144? there is a laybye on opposite side of road on A12 just after either of these junctions i could meet you in.

Pete knows just where he is going, we are meeting Becky & Eddy on the outskirts of Norwich at 7am. I guess we will at Bungay at 7.20ish, Looking at the map i think it will be the A144. But im not sure how quick we will get there. 7.45-8.00? Will keep my eyes peeled.

I’d love to get my Mk1 BBR on the track and will definitely be along to the next one at Woodbridge if I’m not working!
Well done Peter for promoting this event and getting a good group of five’s together, really enjoyed it today and the weather was brill as well

Thanks Peter for sorting this one out. We both really enjoyed it, Alan is now thinking what to do to his mx5 before he brings it to the next trackday. Thanks Ken for bit of fuel, shall buy you a beer next time i see you. Thanks to Eddy for giving Alan some pointers, i think it gave him a bit more confidence (judging the state of my tyres when he came back

Just like to thank Pete for organising this brilliant event. It was a last minute decision to pop over at the last minute, I promise to come on the correct number of wheels next time!!! (yes that was me, sweating my bits off in leathers!!!
).
Also like to thank Pete and Ian for the passenger rides round the track. Now know how a turbo charged Mx5 feels like!!!
And Pete, I’ll give you the £5 I owe you on Saturday night!!
