Hi i have an 06 NC and based in Grantham. I have put Bilstein shocks on and also replaced the 16inch wheels with 17 inch ones im looking for help in choosing the right spring, i do not want lowering springs, but searches for springs , come up with options for 16 inch wheels or 17 inch wheels . any help or avice welcomed

I have changed from 16" wheels with 205R50 to 17" with 205R45. I don’t think the previous set-up was correct because the speedo overread but is now almost spot on (vs GPS). I also lowered the axle to wheelarch height by 25mm from standard springs/dampers, and clearances are still fine.
The car handles better now but it is combination of things that all tend to reduce roll, plus Michelin PS4s, plus previously 60k mile dampers.

Personally, I think the car rides too high on the standard springs. My springs have around 35 to 40mm lowering and improve the look and handling of the car.
