Is it sensible to own 3 convertible in North Wales where it rains nearly every day (or so it seems this year)
Anyway I bought this last week and I’m enjoying it so far.

My cousin had one in the 80s I always loved he car!
It is still a good looking car.
Definitely have a soft spot for these, how does it drive?

Perhaps we should start a Chinese Type Calendar but instead of Year of the Dog etc it should be
2023 Year of the Rain back through to 2008 (?) Year of the Banks Collapse etc
Might be a ‘fun’ (?) Exercise 
But at least we’re all still here …attempting to enjoy our various Convertibles ‘Roof Down’

Pretty sure they’re MGF wheels from an MGF VVC, had one in the past.
Course it’s not sensible! Good for you, looks like fun. 
Yes, popular ‘upgrade to 15” MGF alloys. I have the standard 13” but with 20 year old tyres. Drives ok now I’ve sorted the tracking. Quick it isn’t but it’s miles ahead of MGBs and other TRs. Just 40k from new with only 3k in last 20 years.
Please get some new tyres for the original wheels, it will look so much better.
I’m considering it. Surprisingly 13 inch tyres in the correct profile are not that common and not inexpensive either.

Of course you can own 3 convertibles in Wales; you just drive then across the border into a much hoped for drier England…!!
