They use the mk2 engine/ parts

Ah man, they just had an open day for the Eastern club. They look fantastic! All sorts of engines in them too.

I built a Westfield from a chassis , we carried into the garage to a complete car in 12 weeks a few years ago. Powered by an S2000 engine and gearbox and an ND rear LSD which was new in a box. I had owned and rebuilt 2 before , but wanted to start from nothing . Cost me 25k to build including IVA inspection and registration costs. The MK with an MX5 inners will be cheaper but depends on how far you want to go. I got all my money back when I sold it but gained a smile in doing to car build.
