NC Drivers window rattle

Hi, I have a window rattle on the drivers door of my NC, it only occurs when the window is fully up. When it is lowered, it lessens or goes completely when fully lowered. I have seen a few posts elsewhere regarding bolts holding the runners being loose, but these must be behind the door card. Before I embark on tackling removing the door card etc. off, is this a common issue and easily resolved. Many thanks.
