AMS is Alan Sugar.

I met him briefly when he first started, running a little electronics/hifi shop in Acton.

I believe he owned the company “Amstrad” way back… They made budget tv’s, radios, hi-fi etc…

I remember Amstrad stereos - they were awful - cheap and nasty with poor sound. Still, made AS pretty rich, didn’t it ?

I had the same or similar set up IIRC! Tractor feed printer which was 9 dot matrix? Floppy disk drive too, happy days! :nerd_face::nerd_face:
