NC 1.8 Headlamp Part

Does anyone have the part number for the plastic spacer - referred to as a socket in the owners handbook page 8-34 - that goes onto the back of the dipped beam bulb for the spring to bear against?

Thanks Puffy - in the end I’ve ordered the genuine Mazda part - hopefully I can get to the one thats an issue (drivers side). Long story involving Halfords botching-up, losing the cap (which I did realise) and this adaptor which I didn’t realise until my local garage replaced all the front bulbs, both sides, and pointed out it the spacer was missing.

Ouch - just tried to fit the part today, and it don’t fit! Looking at the manual I think its the wrong part - PDF attached showing the assembly. So I’m puzzled, to put it mildly - any ideas please?

Thanks Richard - I’ll have a closer look at the spring clips to see if they are like yours, although the dipped beam plug looks quite different and there is no instruction - or place as far as I can see - to squeeze the dip beam plug, it just pulls off so something is different.

HUUUGE thanks Richard - the tip about pushing the harness down was the clincher, enabled me to see what I was doing!
