New MX5 UK launch April 2024

I understand that the new MX5 will be released for UK sales in April’24.
Does anyone know anything further…is there a waiting list, how many cars will be available, which showrooms will get the new car?

Probably more like a couple of years away, they have only just done an update on the current car.
