Which Castrol Transmax gearbox oil? Routine Servicing

I have a 2007 NC1 Sport (6 speed). I have done a forum search and Castrol Transmax gearbox oil has been recommended but Opie has 2 types of 75-90w GL4 oil, Multivehicle & Universal LL. Does anyone know which would be best in the NC1? Also MX5 parts and Duratecnc state you only need 2 litres but some posts on this forum say you need more, is this true?

The Castrol oil works extremely well.
